The previous week I had been researching self-defence & combat systems, I found myself shying away from more traditional forms and was too busy to invest time in a complicated system. I wanted a simple, effective form of self-defence which dealt
with modern problems.
Six days previously I had come across a reference to Krav Maga, a discipline I had never heard of.  Bizarrely I seemed to see references everywhere.

Then the incident above occurred, a completely unwarranted attack from a complete stranger. Had I not received any prior training, I'm sure that I could have lost an eye and possibly sustained more serious injuries.

Needless to say I signed up the following day for an induction course with Soo Dixon, then the only instructor in London

I have trained in Judo & Aikido with my main grounding being in Traditional Tae Kwon Do at the Canterbury Tae Kwon Do club under Sabom Nim Ian Wheeler.
There then followed a spell in ‘The Parachute Regiment’.”

The system I teach is the system taught to the FBI and other law enforcement agencies
